In short

  • We use your data to assess your application, to organise the programme and our online info sessions, and to stay in touch only if you ask us to.
  • We do not sell your data, we do not use it for profiling and we do not take automated decisions about you.
  • This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data: write to info@iteralab.eu.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is MLBC Consulting Srl, Avenue Montjoie 13, 1180 Uccle, Brussels (Belgium), company and VAT number BE 0667781553, which runs the IteraLab programmes. For any question about your personal data, write to info@iteralab.eu.

IteraLab is in the process of setting up its own company. Once it is incorporated, that company will take over as controller of the data described in this notice. We will update this notice and tell people whose data we hold by email when this happens.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as the law does not require one for our activities.

2. What this notice covers

3. What data we collect

Application form

The form is provided by Tally and collects: first and last name, email address, phone number, nationality, country and city of residence, LinkedIn profile (optional), current status, university or place of work, field of study, degree and expected graduation year, relevant experience, preferred edition, your level of Italian and English and other languages, professional areas of interest, any previous experience of Brussels, how you heard about IteraLab, your CV, your signatures confirming that you have read the information on the fee and on data protection, and your choices on being contacted and on receiving news of future programmes.

If you apply for an IteraLab Scholarship, we also collect your declaration that your household ISEE does not exceed € 30,000 and your motivation letter. If you are shortlisted, we ask for your ISEE certificate (or equivalent financial documentation for income or assets abroad).

Info session registration form

The form is provided by Tally and collects your first name, email address, what you are doing now (for example student or young professional) and your consent to receive the session link. If you reach the form from one of our posts or ads, the link also tells us which campaign you came from.

LinkedIn events

If you register for one of our events on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares with us the information its event registration provides, such as your name, your LinkedIn profile and, where you agree to it, your email address.

Photographs and video during the programme

If you are admitted, we may take photographs and video during the edition. General and group shots, in which no one is the main subject (the room, the group, people seen from a distance), may be used to promote IteraLab on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing the programme. We tell participants on the first day, and you can object at any time: we will then avoid shots in which you can be recognised and remove those already published from the channels we control.

Close-ups and video in which you are clearly recognisable and the main subject, such as a portrait or an interview, are used only if you tick the optional consent box in the application form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and you take part exactly as everyone else either way.

Emails

The messages you send us and our replies.

In breve
