Our programmes are designed for those who want to transform an interest in Europe into a concrete professional trajectory: understanding how EU decisions are made, how the Brussels job market works, which profiles are valued, and how to position yourself for an internship, traineeship or junior role.

What This Is

Not a course. A practical introduction to the Brussels ecosystem.

IteraLab is designed to make this professional and institutional world more readable — both as a policy environment and as a professional landscape.

Brussels is one of the world's most important centres for public policy, regulation, interest representation, institutional communication, European journalism, EU law and access to EU funds. Yet for those looking at it from the outside, it can appear complex, competitive and opaque.

IteraLab helps participants decode that system in practice. You will understand how roles are structured across EU institutions, consultancies, trade associations, NGOs, companies, law firms, public-affairs teams, media outlets and organisations working on EU funding.

You will also explore how people actually enter the field: which profiles are in demand, how recruitment works, which skills matter, and how to make choices that are coherent with the real dynamics of the Brussels market.

This is not limited to classroom learning. It is an applied experience built around direct contact with people working in the field, practical orientation, institutional visits, networking and the foundations of a long-term community.
